Our well established, International client has a permanent vacancy for a PA to the UK & Ireland CEO. This is a varied and unique opportunity providing world class workplace and some personal support. You will be responsible for ensuring the daily requirements of the CEO are completely fulfilled, delivering exceptional internal and external customer service at all times. Responsible for providing a proactive, organised and efficient executive support service which fully enables the CEO to achieve agreed business goals, working to tight deadlines when necessary. This is a full time, remote role based in the Alton area. You will be required to live within an easily commutable distance to apply (30 minutes travel by car). There will be a requirement for occasional travel with the CEO and also to attend the Head Office in Bedford when required. The Role: • Extensive diary and schedule management with proactive forward planning to ensure that the CEO is always in the correct place at the right time with the relevant papers as appropriate. • Planning and effective booking of complex travel arrangements, itineraries, visas, currency, medical requirements etc. • Day-to-day mail management, both electronic and physical, prioritising as required and delivering an organised, prioritised and efficient service to the CEO. • Research and presentation of information to allow for timely decision making. • Create, edit and maintain PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets for both internal and external meeting purposes. • Management of all expense claims as required. • Creation of POs and Invoices as and when required and in accordance with Company process. • Effectively plan for a wide range of visitors, conveying a consistently high professional image at all times. • Events planning and management of key customer events, ensuring delivery in line with Company goals. Working closely with the Sales Directors. • Organise a wide range of internal Company meetings. • Take ownership of the Business Continuity Plan. • Identify process improvement and successful implementation of such changes. • Any other reasonable tasks as instructed from the CEO Requirements: You will need to be switched-on, happy to help and positive. Flexible to provide support to the CEO, which can on occasions be outside normal office hours. • Previous experience for a senior Director in a similar role • Demonstrative administration, detailed planning and organisational skills • Ability to form effective working relationships at all levels • Exemplarily attention to detail • Strong diary management skills • Proven track record of successful negotiation and influencing skills • Problem solving ability • Project Management skills • Commercial awareness • Excellent self-starter with the ability to work without direction and on own initiative • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Extremely proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle • Willingness to be flexible Due to the large number of responses we receive it is not always possible to respond to every application.
