Our client has a permanent vacancy for an Insurance Sales Account Executive. The Insurance sales team own the relationship with the customer. They are the contact point between the customer and internal departments, ensuring that customers receive and experience the best service in the marketplace. You will predominately support the National Account Managers on a day-to-day basis with resolving problems, complaints, updates and account issues and will also work with colleagues across all areas of the business. The Account Executive will be the point of contact for customers and internal departments and customer relationships will be established to ensure that the customer feels valued. You will be allocated a portfolio of accounts, they become a point of contact for the customer and internal departments to ensure all requirements are implemented effectively and follow the right processes but also that they are delivered to the business quickly. This role will attend and support customer visits and events such as account reviews, seller site training, open days and seminars (some of which will require overnight stays). Requirements • Experience of demanding customer service/sales environment. • Good attention to detail. • Able to manage multiple tasks and multiple stakeholders. • Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Good organisation skills.
