Property Administrator

Full time , Permanent , Milton Keynes £20,000 to £22,000 per annum Ref No: IPRS6346
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Property Administrator to support a busy conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have good all-round admin skills and be well-organised and able to work to deadlines. You will deal with incoming and outgoing post and correspondence including emails and visitors to the office and handle meeting room bookings. You will have a wide range of admin responsibilities including opening new files when new client instruct the firm, deal with all the information required from the client – and handle money laundering checks. Your customer facing and client care skills will need to be tip top – because you will be dealing with incoming calls from clients, solicitors and other third parties – including taking messages and assisting callers with queries, arranging appointments etc. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a professional and really make your mark.
